We cultivate and produce outdoors, small fruits and exclusively in season, without the use of manures, chemical fertilizers and herbicides, therefore being of an organic nature.
Raspberries, blackberries, red currants and blueberries are proposed depending on the phases and timing of harvest; fresh from mid-May to mid-September, or transformed into jams, fruit compotes and juices, in order to be available, without forcing nature, all year long.
The altitude of the land, at 200 m above sea level, and close to Lake Iseo with its mild climate, allows for early flowering and consequently ripening and harvesting when compared to adjacent upland areas.
The fruits,with high nutritional value, are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Transformed into jams, compotes and juices, are a healthy alternative suitable for the different meals of the day: from breakfast to snack time and not forgetting main meals where they are wonderfully paired with cheeses, cold cuts and used in the preparation of sweets.
